📅 Appointments

• Appointments are required for all services, including physiotherapy, kinesiology, personal training, and aesthetic services. 
• You can book online, by phone, or in person at the clinic.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your session to allow time for check-in and preparation.

⏳ Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.
• Full fees apply for late arrivals.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
• This policy allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of care. 

💳 Deposits 

• We require a deposit of 50% of the desired service upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
